SCOPE OF WORK: To develop, direct, and implement a comprehensive enrollment management strategy focused on recruitment, admissions, and leading an enrollment operation that is collaborative, transparent, forward-thinking, and data informed. This position reports to the President of Lakes Region Community College. Maintains and analyzes enrollment data to assess the success of recruitment strategies aimed at increasing enrollment and improving yield; utilizes enrollment data to develop and modify operating processes at all stages of the enrollment funnel. Develops and implements an annual recruitment plan aligned with the college’s strategic plan and available enrollment data.
