Description TITLE: Residential Helper: DEPARTMENT: Operations: REPORTS TO: Residential Supervisor: FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt: Position Summary: The Residential Helper, under direction of the Residential Supervisor, empties company issued residential waste receptacles for Tiger Sanitation customers. Essential Functions: - Assist driver with Pre and Post trip - Gathers and carries containers from individual yards of locations along route and empties refuse containers onto truck - Starts hoisting device that raises refuse bin attached to rear truck - Dumps contents into opening in enclosed tuck body - Gathers separated recycling materials and dumps them into recycling bins on garbage truck - Assists in unloading and cleaning garbage truck at dump site Requirements: - Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance - Ability to convey Tiger Sanitation as the obvious choice for our customers, employees, and community - Actively demonstrates Tiger Sanitation’s core values in daily tasks and communications: Professionalism, Respect, Accountability and Communication - Ability to demonstrate decision making skills that align with Tiger Sanitation’s 4 Step Decision...
