Job Summary The Central Supply Technician is responsible for supplying stocked inventory items and maintaining appropriate supplies in all stocking locations throughout the UMC hospital and assigned campuses. Reports to: Job Specific Responsibilities Daily assignments may include but are not limited to: - Forecast the amount of supplies needed to order for each refill location - Review refill reports and replenish each supply to pre-determined par levels - Notify appropriate management persons when supplies are not available for distribution - Preform responsibilities related to charging supply items to appropriate department cost center - Deliver materials needed on demand, when requested - Manage stocking locations, inventory, and cycle count of supplies monthly - All other assigned duties related to Central Supply Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED Required Licensures/Certifications/Registrations: N/A: Skills and Abilities: Interaction with Other Departments and Other Relationships This position has much interacti...
