We are looking for our next dynamic Team Leader. Could it be you? KI's Manufacturing Plant in Bonduel is looking for a First Shift Team Leader for our Paint Department. This individual must be able to effectively: Our Team Leader positions are “hands on” and report to our Lean Production Manager. The Team Leader must be able to promote, understand and be able to calculate and communicate all goals set for department regarding safety, quality and production. This is a first shift position. Hours are primarily 5a-2p with overtime and weekends required during peak production (summer months). Qualified candidates will be highly motivated, inquisitive and adept at problem solving. Knowledge of the BPCS system is a plus. Successful completion of a drug screen will be required. KI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
