About the Role: As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, turning inbound and outbound inquiries into scheduled appointments for our Renovation Sales team. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone for the customer experience by engaging homeowners, gathering key information, and ensuring opportunities are accurately captured in our CRM system.
