Status Full-Time Standard Hours per Week: 40 Job Posting Category: Human Resources: Job Posting Description: Position Summary/ Department Summary: As key member of the client service delivery team, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for partnering with leadership and each of the HR Centers of Excellence on matters involving employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, organizational change, job design, employee engagement etc. As an internal consultant, the HRBP builds strong relationships with the managers and employees in assigned client service areas. This position Reports to the Director, HR Business Partner. Once the HRBP has demonstrated readiness to effectively manage client relationships, the role will transition to include managing an individual client portfolio, with increasing autonomy and responsibility within the organization.
