Banquet Server & Setup Team Member Unicoi State Park & Lodge: Are you someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working as part of a team, and creating memorable guest experiences? Unicoi State Park & Lodge is looking for reliable, service-focused team members to join our Banquet Team. This role combines both event setup and banquet service , playing a key part in delivering exceptional events, weddings, and group functions. Position Summary: Under the direction of the Banquet Captain, this position is responsible for the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events . You’ll help bring events to life by ensuring spaces are properly prepared and guests receive attentive, high-quality service throughout their experience. What You’ll Do: - Read and execute BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) to ensure accurate event setup - Set up banquet rooms, tables, linens, glassware, and service stations to standard - Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner - Provide knowledgeable service by understanding menus and event details - Maintain clean, organized stations before, during, and after events - Refill beverages, clear tables, and anticipate guest needs - Assist w...
