Location: Erie,Pennsylvania,United States I. OBJECTIVE: 1. Provide prompt response to maintenance and facility issues at client properties. 2. Complete triage, simple diagnostics, basic maintenance, and unit turn services as assigned. 3. Emphasizes workmanship, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. 4. Monitor facility conditions, keep clean and in good working order. Escalate concerns where appropriate. II. RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions of the job include but are not limited to the following: 1. Staff Related Tasks a. Perform a variety of preventative, scheduled, and emergency maintenance at various properties across Altair’s portfolio. b. Participate in rotating on call schedule, respond to afterhours calls and self-dispatch as appropriate. c. Participate in regular calls with Director of Operation, Facilities Manager, and Maintenance Technicians as scheduled. d. Interface with outside contractors/service providers to ensure prompt performance of services when they are needed.
