Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Status: Full time Location: Mercy LIFE of MA: Position Purpose: The primary purpose of your job position is to responsible for the transportation program; including transport of participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy and any other transportation as deemed necessary. What you will do: Serve on the interdisciplinary team (IDT), attending morning updates and reporting changes in participants’ baseline status to appropriate staff on a daily basis. Supervise transportation staff, oversee hiring, training, and daily operations. Ensure responsibility for running and maintaining transportation scheduling software program Ensure effective daily communications between the Center, transportation drivers, dispatch and transportation coordinator. Ensure the daily work schedules are communicated to colleagues. Ensure coordinating and scheduling daily delivery of home delivered meals, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), supplies and miscellaneous items requested.
