The Senior Claims Consultant – Casualty & Financial Lines is responsible for the effective end-to-end management of a portfolio of both litigated and non-litigated claims across General Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Management Liability classes. The role requires the delivery of technically sound, policy-aligned, and commercially pragmatic outcomes, with a strong emphasis on litigation strategy, liability assessment, and proactive claims management. The Senior Claims Consultant plays a key role in supporting the Claims Leader – Casualty & Financial Lines in driving portfolio performance, maintaining strong governance standards, and contributing to ongoing process and capability improvements.
