Position Purpose: The Lab Technician plays a crucial role in the Global Brand & Product Development team, requiring meticulous attention to detail, strong technical skills, and effective communication. Collaborating with Product Engineering, Product Development, and Quality teams, they contribute to project goals, providing essential support for new product development, and production performance. Responsibilities encompass constructing test rigs, executing testing, and reviewing results. Key Responsibilities: 70% Test Execution - Execute product testing following protocols in accordance with applicable test standards. This will include, but not be limited to, tests for: functional safety, mechanical operation, environmental conditions, reliability, performance, failure modes, and usability. Set up test rigs and document test procedures based on both internal and industry standards.
