Facility Support Attendant Summary: Performs general housekeeping, prepares setups for meetings, classes, and Garden events. This position also performs light maintenance duties and assists in keeping all assigned Garden areas neat and clean. The department provides housekeeping services 16 hours a day/7 day a week. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. - Performs general daily maintenance and housekeeping duties that include but are not limited to the following areas: restrooms, offices, conference areas, lunchrooms, Garden grounds, statues, and outside fixtures, walls, and furniture, and maintains all types of floor surfaces. - Performs tasks as assigned, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, window washing, emptying trash, and other duties as necessary to assist in ensuring that all Garden areas are well-kept and in excellent condition. - Works in conjunction with the Events Department to provide accurate and timely set-ups. - Set up daily Work Orders for classes, conferences, and meetings scheduled in Garden buildings. - Assists with Stage setup for Garden...
