Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Registered Nurse Resource Team - Location: Swedish Hospital, Chicago, IL - Full Time – 36 hours per week. Three 12-hour shifts per week. - Hours: Day or Night Shift based on need: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 7:00 am; every other weekend and rotating holidays required - Required Travel: Floats to inpatient units at Swedish Hospital What you will do: - Resource Team Nurses are required to float across Swedish inpatient units. Resource Team Nurses report to the Clinical Nurse Manager of the Resource Team, with dual support from the site based clinical nurse managers. - As an experienced practitioner, the Registered Nurse is accountable for providing high quality, individualized, goal directed care for all levels of patients and their families in accordance with the philosophy of the Division of Nursing. - Demonstrates a commitment to the mission of Swedish Hospital, exhibits a service orientation and adheres to all responsibilities and standards of the hospital. - Utilizes the nursing process to asse...
