The team supports the Chief Operating Office (COO) in delivering both strategic priorities and day‑to‑day operations within risk appetite, working across a broad range of business areas. As a result, we are keen to hear from individuals with experience across different specialisms, including (though not limited to) Customer Operations functions, Technology, Change, Data, Digital and third‑party supplier management. We provide specialist insight and constructive challenge to help embed robust risk and control frameworks, support regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in risk management and governance.
