Fluency in two or more languages is required, including at least one language that meets the needs of the program and the community served. CAPSLO's Child Care Resource Connection is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Resource Specialist (FRS) to join our team. You will play a critical role in determining eligibility for child care subsidy programs and supporting families on their journey toward self-sufficiency. Qualifications: - For Family Resource Specialist I: Has 3 years of experience in administrative functions, case management, or eligibility determinations. - For Family Resource Specialist II: Has 5 years of related experience, including 1 year as a Family Resource Specialist I or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). - Fluent in two or more languages, including one that supports the needs of the program and community is preferred, but not required. - Depending on the department assigned, a valid California driver’s license, a current DMV driving record, and proof of insurance may be required to fulfill job-related travel.
