Job Description: Licensed Plumber Trainer (Introductory + Licensed-Level) Position Summary: The Licensed Plumber Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing instruction to new hires and existing General Maintenance Technicians supporting Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities, as well as technicians that service other businesses that have contracted for our services. This role designs and delivers training that spans introductory plumbing fundamentals through licensed-level content, with a strong emphasis on safety, code compliance, and consistent field execution. Must live around or relocate to Bentonville, AR Key Responsibilities: - Deliver plumbing training (introductory through licensed-level): Teach core plumbing concepts, systems, tools, materials, and best practices, progressing to advanced/licensed-level troubleshooting, repair, and installation methods. - Onboard and upskill technicians: Train new hires and provide continuing education for existing General Maintenance Technicians; assess skill gaps and tailor instruction accordingly. - Train contracted service technicians: Provide standardized training to technicians who hav...
