Internal Communications Coordinator - Voyage Travel Services & Operations

Job description

The Internal Communications Coordinator will support the day-to-day communications strategy for the Sailor Services and Voyage Travel Service (VTS) teams within Virgin Voyages. In this role, they will be responsible for creating and maintaining content for the Crew to keep people engaged, informed, and equipped to deliver exceptional service to our Sailors. This role will also support both the VTS Communications Manager and the Knowledge Lead in ensuring Crew-facing content is consistently accurate, up to date, and reflective of the latest operational and service standards. This gig is based at VVHQ - our swanky Virgin Voyages Head Office in Plantation, FL where we follow a hybrid work environment. We can't wait to 'sea' you in person during our Collaboration Days, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while you enjoy Mondays and Fridays' as remote days.
