The Role: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Counsel to join our growing legal team. This is a hands-on, generalist role for a transactional attorney who thrives in an operational environment — you will be the primary legal resource supporting Mariana’s procurement, construction, and project delivery teams. Your work will center on the vendor and contractor relationships that power our mining operations, from equipment supply and engineering services to large-scale construction contracts. You will play a key role in building the legal infrastructure — playbooks, templates, and processes — that allows the company to move fast without sacrificing legal protection.
