About the team 👫: Our Legal team is the primary legal partner for Equativ's business leaders across the globe. Team members provide regulatory support and advice and grow in a fast-paced and complex environment. This position reports to the Global Head of Legal based in Paris. What you'll do ✏️: Corporate : You will assist with shares transfer, keeping corporate registers up to date, drafting POA, monitoring of companies’ mergers, subsidiaries’ implementation. Data Privacy: You will assist within internal registers update, reviewing data processing agreements, update and duplicate contract template and/or guidelines. Legal monitoring and research. You will be responsible to provide on a regular basis legal updates and memo on new regulations, case law, contract, privacy and related laws. Contracts: You will assist in the review and negotiation process of the contracts: NDAs. Commercial agreements: Adserving and RTB, addendum. Supplier Contracts. You will be involved in auditing signed contracts to create a smart mapping of the company contract base. 💪 About you Master’s degree in business law or digital law.
