Sale Support Engineer Job Description Vyve Broadband provides high-speed data, television, and voice services to residential and business customers in rural markets. Vyve Commercial offerings include Fiber based WAN services, Internet, Hosted Phone as well as Small, Medium Business Modem services. Job Description: - Direct Sales Support - Technical Liaison between the Customer and Account Executive. - Create Network designs for LAN, WAN, Internet circuits, voice services and Wi-Fi - Design, preparation, and delivery of technical presentations - Customer relationship building Job Responsibilities: Installs and maintains customer premise equipment, i.e., routers, switches, and media converters. - Design, preparation, and delivery of technical presentations, developing sales opportunities and assisting the Sales Team in successful closure. - Provide technical support to sales staff in determining application of company products to meet customer requirements. - Analyzing customer requirements to understand how Vyve Commercial services can be applied to meet their needs and solve their problems. - Working with the sales team on account strategy and identifying additional opportunities i...
