Director, Document Control Location: Dallas, Houston: Employment Type: Full time: The Opportunity: The Director, Document Controls (Engineering, Projects & Quality) provides strategic and operational leadership for enterprise document control practices supporting engineering, capital projects, and quality management systems. This role ensures that technical, project, and quality documentation is accurate, compliant, traceable, and available throughout the full document lifecycle—from design and execution through turnover, operations, and retention. The Director partners closely with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams to implement robust document governance that meets regulatory, contractual, and industry standards while enabling project execution excellence and risk reduction.
