Operations Superintendent – DP World Melbourne, West Swanson Terminal At DP World Australia, our people keep global trade moving. We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Operations Superintendent to join the leadership team at West Swanson Terminal — one of Australia’s key container terminal operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a critical frontline leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient and commercially effective execution of Terminal operations across a complex 24/7 environment. Leading a team of five Operations Supervisors and overseeing a large operational workforce, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational performance, maintaining service delivery to our customers and ensuring the terminal operates safely and productively around the clock. This is a hands-on operational leadership position where you will make real-time decisions, lead high-performing teams and manage competing operational priorities in a fast-paced maritime environment.
