JOB COACH BDI is enhancing our community impact and fostering greater outcomes through the launch of Elevate Academy, a transformative career placement initiative. This innovative program combines workplace readiness, work adjustment training, and career pathway exploration with job placement and coaching. To ensure increased community Impact, Elevate Academy will be guided by a dedicated parent and employer task force, fostering collaboration and addressing real-world needs. As a Job Coach / Skills Instructor for Elevate Academy, you play a vital part in the implementation and delivery of the program’s core components, including skill-building, job coaching, career pathway assessments, and hands-on training during internship rotations. Collaboration with business partners, employers, and the Elevate Academy team is essential to support participants in developing the necessary skills for employment success. Responsibilities include guiding participants through job placement, and onboarding, and providing personalized coaching to ensure long-term career success.
