INTRODUCTION: The School of Public Policy at the University of Connecticut seeks to fill a one-year position at the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor starting in August 2026. The position may be renewable upon satisfactory performance and funding availability. The School of Public Policy is home to a Master of Public Administration (MPA), a Master of Public Policy (MPP), an MPA Fellows program (an executive MPA cohort), and three graduate certificates in nonprofit management, public financial management, and leadership and public management. The School of Public Policy is located at the University of Connecticut’s Hartford Campus in Hartford, Connecticut, and offers courses in Hartford, Storrs, Stamford, and online. The School has 13 core faculty members and over 1,500 alumni. The School’s programs are ranked by U.S. News and World Report as 36th among public programs and 9th among public finance and budgeting programs.
