We would like to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our 2027 Graduate Program. We have two Graduate Mechanical Engineer roles based at the Sydney Steel Mill, located in Rooty Hill. Real Work with Real Outcomes – Starting in January 2027 , our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through hands-on experience and meaningful work. Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend. The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units.
