We are offering a unique opportunity for a Senior / Technical Business Analyst with deep Salesforce platform experience to play a leading role in the design, delivery, and optimisation of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will work closely with Salesforce solution architects, administrators, developers, and integration teams to define requirements, drive platform‑aligned solutions, and ensure high‑quality outcomes across multiple Salesforce products. The focus of this role is on technical Salesforce analysis - including data models, integrations, automation, security, and configuration - while ensuring solutions align with business processes, regulatory obligations, and customer experience objectives.
