Class 1 HGV Driver Dayshift Job Type : Permanent Position: Location: Wincanton Dedicated Grocery, 1 Redlands Crescent, Larne Harbour, Larne, BT40 1AX (Deliveries within Northern Ireland) Reporting to: Transport Department Manager: Shift Pattern : Working any 5 days out of 7 each week, scheduled to approximately 9.6 hours per day (48hrs per week) Commencing anytime between 6am and 10am A unique opportunity has arisen for experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join our successful team and support our business delivering goods throughout Northern Ireland, ASDA stores. We are looking for drivers to cover the dayshift rota. What you need: - Full HGV Class C&E (Class 1) Licence - A minimum of 12 months LGV driving and delivery experience, with no more than 3 penalty points - Possession of a Digital Tachograph card - In possession of full DCPC (35 hours) - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Excellent customer services skills - Flexibility - Excellent dexterity The Role: - Deliveries to ASDA stores depots as Ambassadors of Wincanton Dedicated Grocery. - Organisation and accurate completion of appropriate paperwork for each delivery consignment. - Unloading manually require...
