Overview The Senior Payroll Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for executing complex payroll tasks, performing reconciliations, supporting reporting, and assisting with payroll system administration, and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance across the organization. This role supports the Payroll Lead operationally, serves as a backup functional lead when needed, and provides mentorship and guidance to Payroll Specialists and other team members on payroll processes, system use, and best practices. The Senior Payroll Analyst collaborates with HR, Finance, and other cross-functional partners to interpret payroll data, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous payroll process improvement. Pay for this position: $ 29.99 / hr - $33.72 / hr The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training.
