Job Description QUALIFICATIONS: - Maintain a safe working environment. - Exemplifies the Amcor Behaviors and Values at all times. Leads by example and exhibits professionalism in all areas when representing Amcor inside and outside of the plant. - Work in a professional manner with other mold technicians and maintenance personnel as needed to keep all equipment in top working order resulting in only quality product being released to the customer. - Set up machines for operation, change material and color to meet production schedules. - Must have a technical understanding of process and raw materials used. - Keep supervisor/management informed of all problems. - Startup machines in a timely manner and monitor quality at start up. - Complete Line Clearance documentation and procedure after completion of each job. - Make appropriate adjustments to machines to maintain efficient production levels and document appropriately. - Perform mold repairs, insert changes, and preventative maintenance as required. - Respond to Quality Assurance Techs by adjusting machines to maintain appropriate sizes and standards. - Oversee proper packaging procedures. - Review production schedules and ensure...
