About the Role Technip Energies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Engineer / NDT / Inspector to join our team working on the innovative Net Zero Teesside Power project. This role involves overseeing welding and non-destructive testing (NDT) activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and project specifications to deliver high-quality, sustainable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities: Welding Engineering: - Develop/witness, review/comment, and accept welding procedures, qualification, specifications in accordance with project and industry standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO). - Proven experience working/witnessing exotic material welding and post weld heat treatment (PWHT) cycles and requirements. - Provide technical support and guidance to welding teams prior and during fabrication, erection, and commissioning phases. - Ensure welding activities are performed in compliance with approved procedures and quality requirements.
