About the Team DoorDash’s Merchant Profitability Team is focused on building new products, services, and businesses to help restaurants be more profitable. By leveraging DoorDash’s scale, logistics infrastructure, and merchant relationships, the Merchant team is able to meaningfully improve restaurants’ bottom line – directly supporting DoorDash’s mission to empower and grow local economies. About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and hands-on operator to own critical aspects of a new business focused on reducing restaurants’ costs. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain function—from sourcing and vendor management to demand forecasting, inventory planning, and logistics execution. You will own relationships with key external partners including suppliers and third-party logistics providers, and ensure we are able to deliver high in-stock rates while maintaining strong unit economics. You will also partner internally with stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to build a reliable and cost-efficient supply chain.
