YOU MAY BE OUR NEW: OPS Tech I: SUMMARY OF ROLE: 12 hr. Day Shift Openings Responsible for the effective operation, changeovers and minor autonomous maintenance within the assigned production area to execute the Production Schedule and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time. The Lead Op fulfills the responsibilities of this role when vacant KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As an at-will employer, SIG (formerly Scholle IPN) reserves the right to add to or modify this list to the extent it deems necessary - Effectively lead the shift functioning as the technical & mechanical expert for the area - Able to troubleshoot and identify root cause to correct room issues (technically and administrative reporting) to minimize down time - Responsible for inspection and routine upkeep of machines. - Should be able to document minor machine adjustments and repair processes - Share technical knowledge and assist in hands on training to develop employee skills on machines, systems, procedures and work instructions utilizing Trainers as needed - Follow LOTO protocol - Perform necessary quality checks for the machine - Coordinate communication between maintenance, engineers, quality and production t...
