Junior Graphic Designer - Global Design Desk

The Role We are looking for a London-based Junior/Entry Level Designer with a strong interest in design and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic, global team. This is an entry-level role suited to someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to build their skills across a wide range of design projects. In this role, you will support the global internal marketing and design teams in creating and maintaining consistent branding across collateral for the firm’s five businesses: Strategy and Communications, Management Consulting, People Advisory, Financial Advisory and Risk Advisory. You will work closely with senior team members who will provide guidance, feedback and mentorship to help you develop your design skills and understanding of brand systems. Core working hours for this role will be 9am–5:30pm with some flexibility (occasional weekend work may be required to support business needs). Typical project deliverables include PowerPoint presentations, thought leadership documents, digital assets, internal communications, signage, banners and materials for events.
