Customer Analytics Analyst

Job description

The purpose of this position is to empower data-driven strategic decision making by turning large data into actionable insights. Partnering with our data , product , and marketing functions, this role will manage the analysis and vision for our multi-million-dollar loyalty / personalized customer marketing efforts. This position will build and manage the ability to target our guests with personalized communications and offers and to analyze the performance of those offers . They will also be responsible for a more holistic view of loyalty program performance and the analysis of broader offer initiatives . This role is integral in driving forward our investment in a proprietary personalization function to improve both the infrastructure and individual audience targeting over 200 million consumers and households containing thousands of customer attributes .
