Job description

The Position: UNFPA procures various non-health products, primarily focusing on dignity kits, emergency shelter, and operational supplies for humanitarian responses, such as hygiene items, tents, and clothing for displaced women and girls. In addition it also procures office equipment, IT equipment, and vehicles to support operational logistics in field offices The Non Health Supplies Planning Analyst will support the technical and operational aspects of effective and efficient resource management, with specific focus on demand planning for non health programme supplies for country offices. This includes participating in comprehensive needs assessments, assisting in the validation of forecasts, supply plans, procurement plans, and contributing to funding gap analysis. The consultant will be working under the supervision of the Demand & Supply Planning Specialist (Team lead).
