Job Description: - Full Time permanent position at Older Adult Community Mental Health Community Team (APATT), St. George’s, Kew location - Friendly and supportive team environment - Excellent benefits including salary packaging About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated social worker to join our Older adult community mental health community team (APATT), St George’s campus in Kew. You will work as a clinician provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment and treatment within the multidisciplinary team using a recovery-focused framework. You will be visiting clients at home, providing intake and triage, crisis support, assessment and case management, reviewing risk and providing support to reduce impact of illness and enhance independence to our clients and carers in a variety of community and residential settings Applicants will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and professional skills and are required to have a Bachelor of Social Work and to be eligible for membership of the AASW.
