In this role you will: - Oversee and support two Accounts Receivable Clerks, providing guidance, workload direction, and performance feedback to ensure accurate and timely processing. - Monitor the accounts receivable subledger and follow up with overdue accounts. - Develop and document standardized collection procedures. - Prepare reports detailing status of customers’ accounts. - Perform account reconciliations and process necessary account adjustments. - Communicate status of overdue accounts to upper management and escalate as required. - Record daily deposits. - Pr...
