Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: Lead the Nuclear sales team, sales strategy and execution across the Americas, forecast accuracy, customer relationship, growth, while working with application engineering to set priorities for delivery of quotes to customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Leadership & Strategy: · Own the AME Nuclear sales plan, translating annual objectives into quarterly and monthly priorities, and drive improvements in order intake, product mix, and win rate. · Require weekly updates in the CRM for all categories of funnel statuses by the sales organization.
