WHAT YOU WILL DO: The ICPC-OCS Case Manager is a non-exempt position responsible for direct case management services to children, birth families, foster families and primary caregiver(s), assigned to the program through Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC) or Out-of-County Services (OCS), to ensure they receive services appropriate to their needs and continuity of care focused on resolving or preventing child abuse or neglect. The ICPC-OCS Case Manager provides assessment, planning, coordination, and advocacy and must maintain a positive working relationship with all parties involved.
