Job Description Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Manager I - Industrial Chemical Process/Process Mechanical Engineering to lead our industrial chemical process and process mechanical engineering efforts in our Exton, PA office . This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in chemical or mechanical engineering, particularly within the food and beverage, biotech, pharmaceutical, and specialty chemical industries. You will supervise the Chemical Process/Process Mechanical Team, manage project delivery, and ensure technical excellence while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across disciplines. Your role: Staff Administration: - Supervise and mentor technical staff of 5-10 individuals. - Ensure appropriate staff allocation to projects in consideration of project schedules, budgets, key milestone dates, and work products. - Conduct performance reviews and career planning sessions. - Promote professional development and ensure policy compliance.
