Operations/Payroll Admin Position Responsibilities: Responsibilities as outlined below, and any additional duties as required/assigned by the Regional Accounting Admin Manager, Regional Human Resources Manager and Senior Vice President: Responsibilities: - Time and Attendance - Management of mjobtime - Temporary Staffing Management - Orientation (Handbook, Benefit Information) - IT Coordination - Entering PTO/Holidays/Absences/Leave - Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. - Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files. - Performs other duties as assigned Administrative Operations Responsibilities: - Office and Support - Answering Phones / Doors - Coordinating vendor, employee and customer meetings - Any other necessary support to the Operations team - Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: - Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and verbal). - Strong communication skills in both languages, with the ability to translate and interpret as needed. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excelle...
