Job description

Responsible for operations of Digital Experience and related systems. Analyzes and evaluates user problems. Assists with all release and upgrade related activities. Qualifications: A results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant work experience required. Preference given for post-secondary degree in computer science/computer information systems, or related field or a combination of related experience and education. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with other department supervisors. Knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications. Technical experience with enterprise systems, databases, and user support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
