The closing date for applications is midnight on 5th June 2026 Interviews will be held week commencing 15th June 2026 - Directorate: Regeneration, Housing and Environment - Pay Level: 7, £41,873 – £47,238 fully inclusive of Local Weighting Allowance - Contract Type: Permanent - Working Hours: 37 hours per week - Location: Observatory House/ Slough Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office) - DBS requirement: Basic What you’ll be doing: The Estates Surveyor role plays a key role in liaising and managing tenants as well as driving income from a diverse range of council owned property assets including community assets, retail units and investment assets such as office buildings. To support the Estate Manager and Heads of Service, through the provision of information and advice in relation to estate management and to support the Council’s self-sufficiency agenda through liaison and negotiation with existing occupiers, potential tenants/ customers and agents to maximise commercial income from the corporate estate.
