What You'll Be Doing: - Safely operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile raw and finished materials - Load customer and company trucks efficiently while following all safety and quality standards - Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly - Maintain clean, organized work areas and material stockpiles - Work collaboratively with plant team members to meet production and shipping needs What Are We Looking For: - Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial environment - Strong focus on safety, situational awareness, and compliance with procedures - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting - Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operations - Dependable attendance and flexibility to work assigned schedules Conditions of Employment: - Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examinatio...
