Description The WIP Analyst will perform the bulk of the administrative functions involved in processing work orders including closing, invoicing, and assisting warranty department as needed. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Open, close, and maintain work orders for all locations - Provide work order support for all admin personnel - Utilize standard jobs/flat rates when building a work order - Verify warranty status - Identify service letters - Add additional segments as requested by Service - Understand warranty - Analyze work orders and segment accordingly - Navigate through SIMSi and SISWeb - Add/Delete employees in BMTS - Enter/Correct labor in BMTS and DBS - Print Pro formas/Invoices - Close a PM using PM Scheduler - Complete DPC training as assigned - Provide support for service operations across the enterprise Requirements: WHAT YOU'LL NEED: - High school diploma or GED. 2 years administrative or clerical experience preferred. (working in service operations or service department atmosphere is a plus) - Individual must be detail oriented, accurate, well organized and able to work effectively under pressure. - Above average computer skills including Word and Excel - Demonstrate the ability...
