Supervises a team of warehouse associates through organizing, planning, delegating coaching, and leading. Train and evaluate associates in all functions of the warehouse. Communicates service standards to staff and train staff to perform to standards. Holds staff accountable for achieving standards. Coaches, retrains, administers discipline and assists with annual performance appraisals. Assists with interviews for new staff. Resolves payroll discrepancies in a timely manner Schedule employees to meet the demands of the warehouse. Reviews Profit and Loss statements and adhere to the budget. Maintains appropriate files.
