In this role, you'll: Working as part of a team responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance and fault response across Sydney Trains’ signalling network, you will lead a skilled work group based at Lawson and play a key role in ensuring the ongoing performance of critical rail infrastructure. The role includes participation in an on-call roster to support after-hours fault response and network reliability. With a strong focus on safety, team leadership, and technical excellence, you will plan and prioritise daily maintenance activities, respond to signalling faults, and ensure all work is delivered to required operational and engineering standards. You’ll use SAP to manage work orders, labour costing, and defect reporting, and contribute to building the capability and performance of your team.
