Job description

Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to sales associates and provide customer service to internal and external clients within Asset Management. - Work with high production volume and the most sensitive external clients. - Buy, sell and trade securities, as well as take and place securities orders as directed. - Run self-service analyses, look for and executing on trading opportunities. - Provide training and mentoring to lower-level associates. - Mentor and train new sales associates. - Develop and execute customer-approved investment strategies. - Open new securities accounts. - Respond to customer service problems/questions from internal and external sources in a professional and timely manner. Complete necessary documentation/research for any account maintenance changes and ensure that the change is completed. - Take and place orders, provide market and account information, document preparations, mailing, submission and filing. - Prepare and deliver customer analysis, reports and communications. - Interact with partners in various areas in operating to ensure accurate set up of new account services, resolve operational problems, process various money movem...
