About the role: The Care Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of Gidget Foundation Australia’s (GFA) psychological services. As the first point of contact for clients, this role ensures that individuals feel heard, supported, and clearly guided in how to access services from their very first interaction. Working within a close-knit and compassionate team, Care Coordinators work in close partnership with clinicians to support continuity and coordination of care for existing clients.
