Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in providing management, supervision, and leadership to store locations. Assist in the training of store management staff. Assist in conducting weekly and monthly sales analyses and initiate appropriate actions to maintain sales in line with the annual stated objective. Assists in recruiting efforts and conducts interviews for store staff. Recommends personnel actions, such as hiring, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary actions, while maintaining the confidentiality of employee records.
